Mark Hall

Mark Hall is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT management and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Chief Technology Officer at Legal & General since June 2018, Mark previously held key positions at Aviva, including Director of Global IT Operations and Director of Group Operations and IT Transformation, where responsibilities included the delivery of IT services and transformation initiatives. Prior to Aviva, Mark was the Group Chief Information Officer at HM Revenue & Customs, leading significant digital and security functions for one of the UK's largest public sector organizations. Mark's career also includes leadership roles at Severn Trent Water, E.ON, and Powergen, along with a stint as Chairman of the Board at itSMF. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham and began a career in finance and human resources before transitioning to IT.
