Robyn Addis

Robyn Addis has over 13 years of professional experience in the legal industry. Robyn began their career in 2008 as a Client Events Manager at Dechert LLP, where they identified initiatives to improve existing client relationships and determined potential long-term opportunities. In 2013, they moved to Ballard Spahr LLP as a Director of Procurement, Director of Marketing, and Senior Marketing Services Manager. In their roles, they developed and oversaw the marketing department's core systems and infrastructure, managed projects and personnel, set team priorities, and executed multiple high-priority, high-profile, firm-wide projects and initiatives. In 2016, Robyn started their own consulting business, Robyn Addis Consulting, as an Executive and Personal Brand Storyteller. In 2019, they joined Legal Internet Solutions Inc. as the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they provided the strategic leadership and guidance to the marketing and business development teams, and was responsible for all aspects of business development, marketing communications and events efforts. Robyn also led operations, finance, and human resources functions, and was responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external processes. Robyn achieved notable successes, including being responsible for $1MM+ ARR and leading the agency to grow by 57% in 2020 and 62% in 2021, with a personal 37% win rate on all sales opportunities.

Robyn Addis earned their High School Diploma from Georgetown Visitation between 1996 and 2000. Robyn then went on to receive their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Joseph's University between 2000 and 2004. In 2010 and 2011, they completed a Certificate Program in Executive Event Leadership from Temple University.
