Paul Lacey

Paul Lacey is the Head of Product & Legal at Legal OS. Paul previously served as the Head of Product at Seccl from May 2020 to April 2022.

At Seccl, Paul was responsible for financial institutions across the world that leveraged Seccl's technology, expertise, and network to launch, streamline, and scale the way they connect private investments with (U)HNW & Family Office capital.

Delio designs, builds, and delivers white label platforms for financial institutions to help them connect investors and capital with private market investments in a way that works for them; a technology that moulds around their proposition. It is the configurable software trusted by leading institutions looking to combine a need for security, compliance, efficiency and flexibility with the added option to expand their network for origination, syndication or distribution.

The Delio infrastructure was designed to drive efficiencies in the way our clients operate both internally and externally. Our connected architecture offers a seamless but controlled and secure deal sharing capability across platforms for reaching new sources of capital and unearthing high quality opportunities. This powers existing relationships, marketplaces and ecosystems as well as allowing our clients to leverage the wider Delio network through DelioConnect.

Our clients range across private banks & wealth managers, investment banks & corporate advisors, family offices & alternative investment funds, angel networks, deal clubs & professional organisations.

Paul Lacey has a postgraduate degree in business administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they graduated with distinction. Paul also has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Southampton. In addition, they are a certified scrum product owner from Agilify.

Paul Lacey reports to Charlotte Kufus, Co-Founder & Managing Director. They are on a team with Insa M. Janssen - Legal Lead, Vadym Kuzmenko - Legal Engineering Lead, and Daniel Schneider - VP, Growth.
