Nakul Nasa is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal documentation. Currently serving as Manager - Contracts at Legal Outsourcing 2.0 since August 2020, Nakul has held various titles including Assistant Manager, Team Lead, and Senior Legal Associate. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Legal Associate at Desh Raj & Co, where responsibilities involved the preparation of legal documents and ensuring compliance. Before that, Nakul worked at ACS Group, focusing on contract reviews, negotiations, and management approvals, and began as a Legal Associate at Mind Merchant Global Pvt. Ltd., where contract preparation and training new associates were key duties. Educational qualifications include a BBA.LLB(H) degree from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, completed in 2016.

Legal Outsourcing 2.0, as the name suggests, is the next generation of Legal Process Outsourcing. We provide technology-enabled solutions and services to law firms and corporations. The ratio of our American lawyers to Indian lawyers working on site in India at Legal Outsourcing 2.0 is less than 1 American lawyer to 50 Indian lawyers. The ratio of American lawyers to Indian lawyers on site in India at other LPOs ranges from 1 American lawyer to 250 Indian lawyers, to most LPOs in India not having any US legal talent on site at all.
