Nassir S.h. Ali

Nassir S.H. Ali is an accredited arbitrator and mediator at AFSA SA since November 2024 and a member of The Johannesburg Society of Advocates, focusing on general commercial practice that encompasses Commercial Law, Public Law, and Insolvency Law. As a pupil member of the Legal Practice Council, Nassir is also recognized as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. Nassir holds a BCom in Economics and Law, an LLB, and an LLM in Mercantile Law from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a Programme in Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Pretoria. Educational background includes completion of the National Senior Certificate at Pretoria Boys High School.
