Michael Booker

Michael Booker is an EDI Specialist at Legal Resources since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing the File Feed Import Process, resolving complex client issues, and supporting internal IT requests. Michael also coordinates with the Development Team for program enhancements and manages SQL reports while ensuring the security of sensitive client information. Prior to this role, Michael served as an Account Processor, where duties involved generating and reconciling credit card payments.
