Neil O'Donnell, Esq., CAIA, CFA is a seasoned attorney and executive specializing in venture debt and wireless communications infrastructure. As Managing Partner at Legal Scale LLP since February 2019, Neil leads a firm focused on legal services within the venture capital sector. Concurrently, as CEO of Faraday Partners LLC since February 2018, Neil is responsible for launching a search fund and conducting thorough industry research. Prior experience includes roles in governance and finance for Zellnor Myrie's New York State Senate campaign, as well as leadership in fundraising efforts at The New York Stem Cell Foundation. Neil's legal experience encompasses positions at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and additional financial roles at PocketSights, Inc. and SideGuide App. With advanced educational credentials including an MBA/JD from Cornell University and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, Neil combines legal expertise with a strong foundation in business and engineering.
