Shane Queiros has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently working at Legal Sea Foods since September 2021 in a culinary role. Prior to this position, Shane worked at Sea Level Oyster Bar from July 2019 to September 2021, and held the title of Culinary Director & General Manager at Good Nu Hospitality from February 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included sourcing supplies and implementing food cost systems. Shane has a longstanding association with Legal Sea Foods, serving as Executive Chef from January 2009 to January 2015, overseeing a significant construction project and managing food costs, as well as fulfilling roles as Sous Chef and part of the management opening team. Education was completed at Natick High School, graduating in 2000.
