Gary Winter has extensive experience in the legal sector, currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Planning, Performance & Improvement at The Legal Aid Agency since September 2017. Previously, Gary held the position of Head of Change at the Legal Aid Agency since January 1992, where significant expertise was developed in the implementation of business change, leading multi-million-pound projects to execute government-led policy initiatives through business process transformation, IT system development, and external provider engagement.
