Rosalind Fawcett currently serves as the Inclusive Culture Lead at The Legal Aid Agency, where the focus is on enhancing Diversity and Inclusion. In addition, Rosalind has been with the Legal Services Commission since January 2004, holding roles as Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Development Manager. In these positions, Rosalind collaborates across various organizational areas to refine processes and improve efficiency, with an emphasis on customer orientation. Presently, the work entails skills transfer within a small team to foster broader involvement in necessary changes.
