Amy Vogltanz

Amy Vogltanz, Esq. serves as the Director of Grants and Contracts at Legal Services NYC since March 2015, and previously held the position of Staff Attorney in the Housing Unit. Academic contributions include a role as a Teaching Assistant for the Economic Justice Project at City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law. Amy's legal experience encompasses internships at the ACLU's Racial Justice Program, the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, and the Center for Court Innovation, in addition to a judicial clerkship at the South Gauteng High Court. Earlier professional experience includes work with the American Civil Liberties Union as a Special Assistant to the National Legal Director and administrative roles at The Teachers College Reading and Writing Project and Trevor Day School. Amy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from CUNY School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Psychology from Barat College of DePaul University.
