Tara Lambert

Tara Lambert, LCSW, RYT, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in both psychotherapy and social work. Currently serving as the Owner and Psychotherapist at Green Tara Counseling LCSW, PLLC since September 2023, Tara specializes in nature-based and outdoor therapies.
