Ashley Garcia

Ashley Garcia currently serves as a Litigation Associate Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and as a Young Professional’s Counsel at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., both positions held since September and October 2023, respectively. Previously, Ashley worked at the University of Miami School of Law from July 2021 to September 2023, where roles included Staff Managing Editor and Junior Editor for the Race & Social Justice Law Review as well as a Research Assistant under Martha R. Mahoney. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate position at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, a Judicial Intern role at the United States District Court for The Southern District of Florida, and internships at the Federal Public Defender, Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, and with Circuit Court Judge Miguel de la O. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Psychology from Florida State University.
