Anne Gowen

Anne Gowen is a Staff Attorney for the Family Stability and Preservation Project at Legal Services of New Jersey, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, Anne worked as a Criminal Appellate Defense Attorney for their own practice from 2002 to May 2021. Anne also held positions as a Staff Attorney in the Appellate Division of the Maryland Office of the Public Defender and the Appeals Unit of the Committee for Public Counsel Services. Anne has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University.
