Since 1956 Legal Services of Northern California (LSNC) has provided quality legal services that empower the poor to identify and defeat the causes and effects of poverty. Legal Services of Northern California serves 23 counties in Northern California with nine office locations located in Sacramento, Auburn, Chico, Eureka, Grass Valley, Redding, Ukiah, Vallejo and Woodland. We also have the following special programs: Senior Legal Services Programs, Senior Legal Hotline (serving all of California), LSNC – Health, Tommy Clinkenbeard Legal Clinic (serving the homeless population in Sacramento), Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), and Voluntary Legal Services Program (VLSP).
