Howard Chai

Howard Chai is the founder and CEO of Legal Templates, a web-based platform that provides customizable legal documents for small businesses and startups. Prior to starting Legal Templates, Chai was a software product manager at Claritas, a management consultant at Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath, and the director of product management at Business Executives for National Security (BENS). Chai has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a JD from Harvard Law School.

Howard Chai graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
