Kirk J. Angel

Kirk J. Angel is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment law, currently representing federal employees nationwide and non-federal employees in North Carolina at The Angel Law Firm, PLLC since 2005. As a volunteer attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina, Kirk provides pro bono legal advice to low-income clients, ensuring access to justice. Kirk has held various leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Cannon Memorial YMCA and as a faculty member at DeVry University, teaching law and HR-related courses. Previous experience includes positions at the EEOC as a trial attorney and at Burkhalter, Rayson, & Associates as an associate attorney focused on plaintiff's employment law litigation.
