Mimi P. serves as the Product and Brand Marketing Manager for the BLIZZARD brand at Dairy Queen since January 2020, overseeing the marketing strategy for a billion-dollar product line and leading cross-functional teams to enhance sales and product innovation. Previously, Mimi held the position of Associate Product and Brand Marketing Manager, focusing on food value platforms. In addition to marketing expertise, Mimi is a dedicated pro bono attorney with Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services and Volunteer Lawyers Network, and also contributes as a Board Member for The Raptor Center, where strategic engagement initiatives are developed for raptor conservation. Early career roles include a Law Clerk position with the City of Golden Valley and various legal research and editorial positions at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Mimi holds a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Spanish, and Business from Villanova University.
