Marcy Smorey-Giger is the founder of CloverContracts, which leverages artificial intelligence to assist tenants in reviewing residential lease agreements. With a legal career spanning over two decades, Marcy serves as a lawyer at Smorey Giger Law, representing small businesses across various industries and providing comprehensive legal guidance. Marcy is also a Combined Intelligence Partner and Advisor at LegalSifter, and an adjunct professor at both the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Duquesne University School of Law, focusing on in-house counsel practices. Previous roles include Chief Legal Officer at DynaVox Inc. and corporate counsel positions at WESCO International, Inc., where Marcy managed substantial legal and compliance matters. Marcy holds a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R.
