Anthony Satti

Anthony Satti is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Co-Head of Legal and Practice Leader for Corporate & Commercial at LegalVision since July 2021, Anthony provides practical advice on mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, and shareholder arrangements. Previously held positions include Practice Group Leader at LegalVision, Legal Counsel at Gallagher, Ai-Media, and Legal Counsel for Vittoria Food and Beverage, along with an associate role at Aitken Lawyers. Anthony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Commerce with a major in Marketing from the University of Sydney, completed between 2005 and 2010, and attended St Mary's Cathedral Sydney from 2003 to 2004.
