Ulf Linden has extensive work experience in the legal industry, spanning over three decades. Ulf is currently the Chairman and co-founder of Capchap, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, Ulf founded LegalWorks Nordic in 2016 and served as both the COO and CEO. At LegalWorks Nordic, they led a team of lawyers, providing legal support to companies in long-term relationships and specializing in the IT/Telecom and Life Sciences industries. Ulf also worked as the COO Legal and CEO at Moretime, where they offered cost-effective legal services to small and mid-sized companies and provided legal and compliance support to international companies with local affiliates in Sweden. Before joining Moretime, Ulf worked at GE Healthcare as the Senior Legal Counsel, where they headed the legal department and provided support for product development and commercial operations in the life sciences industry. Ulf started their career as a Partner at Hybbinette & Partners and later worked as a Legal Counsel at Indemnitas.
Ulf Linden began their education at Uppsala University in 1984, where they pursued a Masters degree in Law. Ulf completed their studies at Uppsala University in 1989. Following this, Ulf Linden enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) to further specialize in Maritime Law. The exact end year for their studies at UiO is not provided. Additionally, in 1988, Ulf Linden also pursued studies in English law at Kingston University, although the specific degree and duration of this program are not mentioned.
