Justin Banda

Justin Banda is a Project Associate at Legat Architects, specializing in higher education, preK-12, and transit/commercial projects, overseeing tasks from schematic design to contract documentation since May 2017. Additionally, Justin has held various leadership roles within AIA Illinois and AIA Chicago, including Early Professionals Director and Associate Director, focusing on advocacy, mentorship, and networking for emerging professionals in architecture. Justin's experience also includes teaching at Judson University, early career internships in architectural firms, and leading significant initiatives within the American Institute of Architecture Students, showcasing a strong commitment to professional development and community engagement within the architecture field. Educational achievements include a Master of Architecture in Sustainable Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Judson University.
