Denika Campbell (Assoc. CIPD) has extensive work experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Denika currently serves as the Head of People & Talent at Legatics, where they are responsible for implementing efficient processes and automating administrative tasks. Prior to this, Denika worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager at Snowplow, focusing on empowering individuals to use data for transformative purposes. Denika also served as an HR Manager at Natterbox Limited, Immediate Live, TVPlayer, Simplestream, and Rated People, where they contributed to the growth and success of these organizations. Additionally, Denika gained experience as an HR Officer at Fung Group Europe and as an HR Assistant at Engine UK. Their versatile background has equipped their with skills in areas such as recruitment, HR management, and process optimization.

Denika Campbell (Assoc. CIPD) has a diverse education history. In 2016, they completed a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management at DPG Plc. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Hons degree in Advertising, Media & Public Relations from Middlesex University, graduating in 2011. Denika's secondary education was at Blackheath High School GDST from 2001 to 2008, followed by Streatham & Clapham High School from 1998 to 2001.
