Carla Viedge

Carla Viedge has extensive work experience at Legatum, a purpose-driven investment partnership. Carla first joined the company in 2008 as a Senior Accountant and worked in this role until April 2013. Carla then returned to Legatum in December 2016 and held the position of Finance Business Partner until March 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Finance. In their role as Finance Business Partner, Carla contributed to Legatum's mission of generating and allocating capital and ideas to improve people's lives. Carla was responsible for investing proprietary capital, incubating and scaling philanthropic initiatives, and generating ideas for societal progress. Carla is committed to seeing a more prosperous world and utilizing their expertise to contribute to that vision.

Carla Viedge obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BCom (Law) from Stellenbosch University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
