Currently serving as VP of Branch Management at Legence Bank since August 2017, Kim has demonstrated a strong capability in achieving organizational goals while leading teams and driving sales activities. Prior to this role, Kim was District Manager/Vice President at MidCountry Bank from November 2006 to August 2017, managing sales and service across multiple branches and providing leadership across a network covering Southern Illinois as Area Branch Operations Manager. Kim's career began at South Pointe Bank, where various roles, including Vice President, were held over a decade, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of banking operations and customer service. Kim is a graduate of Marion High School.
