VP Of Operations at Legence

Kris R. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Starting their career at ChromaGraphics in 1996, Kris worked in bindery operations until 2000. They then moved on to Adecco, where they worked in warehouse and assembly line roles from 2000 to 2002. Following that, Kris served as a community service leader at AmeriCorps from 2002 to 2003.

In 2004, Kris joined the US Navy as a Navy SEAL and served until 2013. After their military service, Kris worked as an MBA summer intern in retail client operations at Vanguard in 2014. The following year, they became a project manager at Vanguard from 2015 to 2016, subsequently transitioning to the role of chief of staff in planning and development from 2016 to 2017. Kris then took on the position of line manager in retail client operations from 2017 to 2018 before being promoted to senior manager in the same department for a brief period in 2018.

In 2018, Kris transitioned to Blackstone, where they initially worked as a vice president from 2018 to 2021. They then became a principal from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Kris is serving as the VP of Operations at Legence, starting in February 2023.

Kris R. completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy, Operations, and Marketing from The Wharton School from 2013 to 2015.
