Debra Cohen

Debra Cohen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Legend Biotech since December 2022 and is also Principal and Senior HR Consultant at Agility HR Consulting LLC. Previously, Debra held roles such as Interim HR Director for the US at Oxford Nanopore Technologies, where the focus was on developing a customer-centric HR function, and HR Consultant (Pro Bono) at Catchafire, providing strategic HR services to nonprofits. Debra has extensive experience in human resources management at Akorn Pharmaceuticals, International Flavors & Fragrances, and Sysco Guest Supply, where responsibilities included talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development. Debra is academically qualified with a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College.
