Mr. Zhou joined Legend Capital in 2005 as Associate, later promoted to Vice President, Director, Executive Director, and now he is a Managing Director of the firm. He is responsible for investments in healthcare service and supply chain sectors.
He led LC's investments in Pharmaron (300759.SZ)（03759.HK）, Kingmed Diagnostics (603882.SH), MILKYWAY (603713.SH), Yingjia (603198.SH), Lihua Livestock Farming (300761.SZ), CATL (300750.SZ), Amcare, SHCELL, Joy Wing Mau Corporation Limited,Atour,Eastern Air Logistics Co.,Ltd,Shanghai Genext Medical Technology Co.,Ltd,Chemclin Diagnostics Co., Ltd,and so on.
Prior to joining Legend Capital, Mr. Zhou worked with Fosun Group as Strategic Investment Manager.
Mr. Zhou received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from School of Geodesy and Geomatics of Wuhan University, and a Ph.D. in Management Science from Fudan University.

In April 2001, Legend Capital was formed, and set up its first fund with US$35 mn commitment from Legend Holdings. Now Legend Capital is the independent Venture Capital investment subsidiary under the holdings company. In February 2012, Legend Capital took the new Chinese name "君联(Junlian)".
