Hao Ouyang

Mr. Ouyang joined Legend Capital in 2001, and served in succession as Senior Legal Counsel, and then Chief Legal Counsel of the firm. He is overseeing the firm’s legal affairs, including fund related matters including fund structuring and legal agreements, and deal related matters including legal due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation, and legal support during post-investment management and exits.

With more than 20 years of experience in legal affairs and 18 years in venture capital industry, Mr. Ouyang has comprehensive knowledge of and deep insights in the legal environment of China, and has rich practical experience regarding venture investment, investment and financing of Chinese companies, M&As and public stock offerings.

Mr. Ouyang started his career with Legend when he joined Legend Group’s Legal Department in 1997.

He received his Master of Laws from the Peking University Law School in 1997 and received his Bachelor of Engineering from the Chengdu University of Technology in 1990.
