Nan Zhang

Mr. Zhang joined Legend Capital in 2001 and has served in succession as Legal Consultant, Senior Legal Consultant, and Chief Legal Consultant.

Mr. Zhang has over 10 years’ experience in legal field and venture capital industry. At Legend Capital, Mr. Zhang is in charge of legal due diligence and deal transactions of fund investments.

Prior to Legend Capital, Mr. Zhang worked at the Legal Department of Legend Group.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business with a Bachelor in Economic Law, and received his MBA from Tsinghua University.
