PV Wang

Mr. Wang joined Legend Capital in May 2019 and served as Managing Director of the firm.

Prior to Legend Capital, Mr. WANG was Co-Chief Investment Officer of Noah Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd. and was responsible for its private market investments. Prior to Noah, Mr. Wang worked with Adams Street Partners as partner in charge of global primary investment. He was involved in formulating the firm’s private equity investment strategy for Asia and was a member of its Primary Investment Committee, deploying over US$3bn capital during 20 plus years in private equity.

Prior to joining Adams Street, he was a Manager in the M&A Consulting Department of Arthur Andersen LLP, Investment Manager at Nikko Capital Singapore and Investment Officer at Indosuez Asset Management Singapore.

Mr. Wang is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. He is a member of the Singapore CFA Institute and was a founding executive member of the Limited Partners Association of China.
