Mr. Chen joined Legend Capital in 2005 as Associate and was later promoted to Vice President, Director and Executive Director. He is now Managing Director of the firm. He is responsible for investment in Internet and innovative consumer sectors.
His track record includes investments in Youdao (NYSE:DAO), RenruiHR（06919.HK）, Beijing Urban Construction & Development Group (01599.HK), Zuoyebang, CCDI,Hofan, WEIMEIZI, Juooo, etc.
Prior to Legend Capital, Mr. Chen was Vice General Manager at Shenzhen Linker Industry Co. Ltd.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor in Electronics and Information System from Shanxi University, and an MBA from Peking University.

In April 2001, Legend Capital was formed, and set up its first fund with US$35 mn commitment from Legend Holdings. Now Legend Capital is the independent Venture Capital investment subsidiary under the holdings company. In February 2012, Legend Capital took the new Chinese name "君联(Junlian)".
