Today, our operating model of concierge-style healthcare is powered by an outcome-led culture, effective technology, high-performing teams, and, most importantly, an altruistic vision of how the world ought to be. 

With these critical traits, we are operating over 50 health centers in four states in 2022. Our approach in each Health Center results in 50% fewer hospital admissions compared with a standard primary care practice, and at least 33% less in per-member costs. And this is just the start.
