John Devens has extensive work experience in the construction industry. John started their career as a Construction Manager at Gehan Homes in 2001 and then moved on to Legend Homes in 2002. At Legend Homes, they held various roles including Construction Manager, Project Manager, Area Construction Manager, Vice President of Construction, and Corporate Vice President of Construction and Purchasing. Throughout their career, John has been responsible for coordinating sales and construction activities, managing home construction projects, negotiating with suppliers and vendors, and implementing cost reduction initiatives. John'sexpertise and experience make him a valuable asset in the construction industry.

John Devens attended Sam Houston State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
