Jason McLaren

Jason McLaren has worked in various software development roles throughout their career. Jason started as a Sessional Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics in the University of Regina in 1999. From there, they worked as a Software Developer at Analog Design Automation from 2000 to 2004, and as an R&D Engineer at Synopsys from 2004 to 2008. Jason then became a Contractor for various companies from 2009 to 2010. Jason joined Ruboss Technology Corporation as a Senior Software Developer from 2010 to 2012, and then worked at The Artona Group Inc. in the same role from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they worked at Awesense Inc. as a Software Developer until 2017. Jason then joined Stage 3 Systems Inc. as a Senior Software Developer from 2017 to 2018, where they developed a transaction management and communications platform for the ocean shipping industry. Currently, they are working at Legend Power Systems as a Senior Software Developer since 2018.

Jason McLaren completed their Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Regina, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Jason then pursued graduate studies in Mathematics at McGill University from 1997 to 1999.
