Theresa Viscardis

Theresa Viscardis has a wealth of experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Theresa is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for Legend Senior Living™ since March 2018. Prior to this, Theresa worked as the COO of Choice Health Management Services, LLC from February 2016 to December 2017. Theresa also worked as an Operations Management Consultant for TLV Consulting from January 2014 to February 2016.

Theresa's significant leadership experience includes their role as the CEO of Palmetto Operating Company, LLC, where they led the acquisition of a 9 SNF (skilled nursing facility) portfolio in South Carolina and the formation of Palmetto Health Care, LLC. Theresa held this position from October 2005 to December 2013. Before that, Theresa served as the COO of Millennium Management, overseeing over 60 skilled rehab and nursing facilities in 6 states from October 2005 to December 2013. Their responsibilities in these positions included hiring and supervising regional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving patient care outcomes.

Theresa Viscardis obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana, from 1976 to 1979. Theresa later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree at LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their educational background, they obtained certification as NM NHA #607 from the State of New Mexico in July 1992.
