Louise Allen is an accomplished People Partner with extensive experience in human resources and business development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a People Partner at Legend since August 2022, Louise previously worked at Blenheim Chalcot in various HR roles from March 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, Louise contributed to Goodlord as a Business Consultant, focusing on the PropTech landscape, and served as Business Development Manager at BridgeU, driving data-driven educational solutions. With a foundational role as a Software Services Account Manager and HR Coordinator at IBM, Louise has honed skills in analytics and recruitment. Educational qualifications include CIPD Level 7 and Level 5 diplomas in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Loughborough University.
