C.T. Nice, Regional Vice President, Legends Hospitality – Central, oversees all food and beverage operations at AT&T Stadium, The Star Complex – Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, Toyota Stadium, Nissan Stadium and the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans Training Complex, among others.
Before moving to the Central, C.T. was the Regional Vice President, Legends Hospitality – East, presiding over food and beverage operation at Yankee Stadium, One World Observatory and the Prudential Center, among others. He joined Legends in 2014.
Previously, C.T. was the Principal of NiceCo Management Inc. a hospitality industry consulting firm specializing in restaurant operations, contract foodservice management and sports and entertainment venues – of which Legends was a client. In addition, C.T. was a multi-unit restaurant owner and partner with famed celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck.
C.T. got his start in the food and beverage industry as an Executive Chef in 1987, before making the transition to the corporate side later in his career.
Additionally, C.T. has served on the executive advisory council of the Art Institute, the Convention Industry Council and currently serves on the National Association of Concessionaires Executive Board and is an Ambassador of The Culinary Institute of America.
