Over the past 15 years, Chris McConnaughey has been carving his path and leaving a mark in the world of Hospitality Food and Beverage.

His past experience includes working for several Major / Professional Sports Organizations (Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Angels, San Diego Padres, San Diego Chargers) From Football, Baseball, Golf Resorts and now Soccer, he continues to push the boundaries and thinks outside of the box to find new ways to elevate the fan experience.

Prior to joining the LAFC Team, Chris opened The Star – Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and Ford Center. The Star is the 91-acre campus that hosts the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys in Frisco, Texas. In addition to playing home to the corporate offices and practice facility, The Star features the Ford Center ‒ a 12,000 seat state-of-the-art indoor football stadium that hosts a variety of events, an entertainment district lined with restaurants and shops, the Omni hotel, a medical center, Cowboys Fit and more.

McConnaughey originally attended school to become a Graphic Arts Designer in Santa Rosa California. Only to find out that computer and desk work were not his calling. His true passion was in real guest interactions, event planning, and opportunities to make everyday life experiences built around food and beverage hospitality, ones to remember.
