Joshua Hook serves as the International Workforce Planning & HR Director at Legends since October 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua was the SVP and Head of People & Organization at TOMRA Food from July 2020 to August 2022, where the focus was on enhancing employee experience for 1,600 staff. Joshua also held leadership positions at TOMRA Fresh Food and Compass Group, including APAC Regional Director of Operations for Compass at Google, overseeing operations across six APAC countries for a workforce of approximately 2,000, and Global HR Director managing 8,000 employees across 29 countries. Additional experience includes senior human resources management roles at Medirest and various positions in the sports, leisure, and hospitality sectors. Joshua began the career as a Restaurant Manager at McDonald's.
