Bethany King

Bethany King is an accomplished IT Manager with extensive experience in finance and strategic planning. Currently leading a team of business analysts at Leggett & Platt, Bethany focuses on supporting accounting and finance business systems, overseeing the transition from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Prior to this role, Bethany served in various positions at The Empire District Electric Company, including Manager of Strategic Planning, where responsibilities encompassed load forecasting, revenue forecasts, and rate case preparation. Additional experience includes teaching mathematics at Bryan College and working in IT internal audit and systems engineering at St. John's Regional Medical Center. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science from Missouri Southern State University.
