Jennifer Pratt

Jennifer Pratt (McNamara) currently serves as the Global Vice President of Seating Innovation at Leggett & Platt, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions at Herman Miller from April 2014 to April 2022, including Vice President of Global Product Strategy and Performance, Vice President of Global Category, and Vice President of Development and Commercialization, where key responsibilities encompassed global strategy development, product management, and innovative product launches. Earlier experiences include roles such as Program Manager at Kansas City Power & Light, Business Development Manager at Heartland Furniture Group Inc., and owner of Lotus Consulting Inc. Jennifer initiated her career as a Product Business Manager at The HON Company and Allsteel and has also worked as a consultant for large-scale utility projects. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in International Relations with minors in Business and Mathematics from Drake University.
