Joseph Randazzo

Joseph Randazzo has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Joseph has held positions such as Global Director of Cyber Security Operations at Leggett & Platt and Director of Networks and Information Security at ITC Holdings Corp. During their time at ITC Holdings Corp, they led the restructuring of the company's NERC CIP program and implemented a cyber security maturity and capability program.

Before that, Joseph worked as a Senior Control Systems Cyber Security Team Lead at Burns & McDonnell, where they provided team leadership and consulted for various utilities and municipalities to implement and test cyber security controls. Joseph also conducted cyber vulnerability assessments and prepared reports for senior leadership.

Joseph's previous experience includes roles at FPL, NextEra Energy Resources, Siemens, Henry Ford Health System, BBDO, BBDO Detroit, and Patagon.com, where they focused on network security, infrastructure engineering, and HIPAA compliance.

Joseph Randazzo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, which was completed in 2021. Previously, they obtained a BSTM degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Devry University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership (GSTRT) from GIAC Certifications in July 2022, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from GIAC in March 2016, and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in 2003.
