Kristen Goodemoot

Kristen Goodemoot is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director HRBP at Leggett & Platt since November 2021, Kristen has a strong background in corporate HR management and business partnering, previously holding the position of Corporate HR Manager & Business Partner at Motus Integrated Technologies from January 2016 to November 2021. There, responsibilities included global HR process creation, talent management, and implementing standardized HR programs. Past roles also include Operations HR Manager at Knoll, Operations & Labor Relations HR Manager at Federal-Mogul Powertrain, and various HR positions within the same organization. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Master's in Labor & Industrial Relations & Human Resources from Michigan State University.
