Steve Foust

Steve Foust is an experienced professional with a solid background in management and process optimization. Currently serving as Regional Manager - CI/Lean Domestic Bedding at Leggett & Platt since February 2016, Steve focuses on continuous improvement within the Bedding Group. Prior roles include Group Quality, Safety & Environmental Director and Manager of Lean & Process Optimization at The Carlstar Group, as well as Quality Manager and Quality Systems and Planning Manager at Leggett & Platt, where efforts in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma were emphasized. Steve has also held the position of Sales Manager at Keystone Seneca Wire Cloth Company, achieving significant sales growth. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University and multiple certifications from the Emerging Leader Academy, alongside Lean Six Sigma credentials.
