Suzanne Mallette

Suzanne Mallette is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing technology projects and programs across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Director of IT PMO at Leggett & Platt, Mallette oversees IT procurement, finance, and technology adoption initiatives. Previous roles include VP of Technology at Liberty Tax, where organizational project management functions were transformed through Agile methodologies, and Senior IT Manager at the American Heart Association, optimizing web development for a significant user base. Mallette established PMO offices at both Corsicana Mattress Company and Commercial Metals Company, driving digital transformation and enhancing strategic IT capabilities. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, an Executive Education Certificate from The Wharton School, and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Wesleyan University.
