Darcy Roberts, PCC

Darcy Roberts, PCC has been working in the professional coaching field since 2007. Darcy began their career at Spencer Stuart as an Administrative Coordinator. In 2015, they moved to Spiral By Design Consulting as Principal, where they provided custom LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® team building workshops. In 2016, they joined The Management Coach as Managing Director and Executive Coach Associate, providing executive coaching and training services. In 2018, they began working at Felix Global as Senior Consultant and at Best Work Yet as Facilitator, Trainer and Certified Coach, helping to drive behaviour change that leads to measurable results. In 2020, they joined LeggUP Inc. as Leadership Coach.

Darcy Roberts, PCC has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature with a Minor in Religious Studies from the University of Toronto. In 2015-2016, they completed CTI's Core Curriculum Coach Training Program. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Facilitating and Designing Workshops with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method from Rasmussen Consulting and a Facet5 Personality Assessment from Felix Global. In 2019, they obtained a Birkman Certified Professional from Birkman. In 2021, they obtained an Accelerating Coach Excellence - Core Practitioner from 7 Paths Forward and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. Darcy is also a Core Practitioner from the Center for Narrative Coaching & Leadership.
