Donna J. Spina PCC, ELI-MP has been working in the professional coaching industry since 2002. Donna J. began their career as a Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine. In 2010, they joined the Board of Directors and became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) at the International Coach Federation Philadelphia Chartered Chapter. Donna J. served as Board Secretary from 2013-2015 and was a Program Committee Member.

In 2012, Donna joined Coaching InDeed Inc. as a Leadership Coach for Solopreneurs and Executives. Donna J. then became a Speedwealth Business Coach at T. Harv Eker International in 2016. In 2018, they were the Business Builder Accelerator Academy -Everything Marketing and Business in ONE place! at Coaching InDeed Inc. In 2020, they were a Hyper FOCUSED Business Owner Development Programs at Services of Coaching InDeed Inc. and an Executive Leadership and Career Transition Coach at LeggUP Inc. In 2021, they became a Happy Neighborhood Project (HNP) Co-Host for Pennsylvania Chapter at Happy Neighborhood Project - HNP Virtual Business Networking.

Donna is also a Member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Donna J. has appeared on the Crucial Talks Podcast as a guest of Mike Sedam.

Donna J. Spina PCC, ELI-MP has an education history that includes a BS in Biology and Nutrition from Gettysburg College. In 2011, they completed DiSC Assessment Training to become a DiSC Qualified to Administer and Facilitate Assessments, Debriefs, and Workshops. Donna J. also completed Energy Leadership Index Assessment to become a Master Practitioner in Self-Awareness and Personal Assessment. In the same year, they completed iPEC: Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, a certified training program through the International Coach Federation (ICF) for Small Business, Leadership & Personal Growth. In 2017, they obtained their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. Donna J. is currently taking a Profit Acceleration Software Assessment in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
