Jolie Steers, MA, PCC, CCMC has been working in the coaching and mental health field since 2002. Jolie began their career as an Intake Clinician and Utilization Review Coordinator at Ardent Health Services. In 2004, they moved to Synergy Life Coaching as a Career Coach, where they specialized in career transitions, work-life balance, and stress management. In 2010, Jolie Steers Coaching was established, where they have been working as a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Career Management Coach, partnering with working professionals, organizational leaders, and small business owners. In 2013, they began a private practice as a Psychotherapist, providing EAP assessments and conducting individual, couple, and family psychotherapy. Most recently, in 2020, Jolie Steers joined LeggUP Inc. as a Career and Leadership Coach, providing career and executive coaching for employees who work at various enterprises across the US and abroad.

Jolie Steers, MA, PCC, CCMC has a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. In October 2019, they obtained their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. Jolie is also Board Certified Coach (BCC) certified, Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) certified, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
