Arthur MacWaters

Arthur MacWaters is the Co-Founder, President, and CBO at Legion Health. Arthur has over three years of experience in sales and business analyst roles across a range of industries. Prior to Legion Health, Arthur was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where they drove GTM & Sales, Org Transformation, Market Analysis, and Cost Optimization goals in Fortune 500 Tech companies. Arthur also spent time as an Account Executive at LGCY Power, where they sold Solar PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) door-to-door. Arthur began their career as a Sales Associate at PetDesk. In this role, they helped behavioral health companies get to market quickly, expand into new states, and stay flexible as they scale.

Arthur MacWaters attended Princeton University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. Arthur later attended Y Combinator, a startup accelerator.
